The batteries in the camper had been showing signs of nearing the end of their life for the last year or so, do we decided to replace them before our trip away.

Good thing we did, as one battery had dropped a cell and was getting hot. the 100Ah Gel-Tech batteries were replaced with 130Ah Super Start HVT-86D AGM batteries at less than half the cost. They were recomended to us by another Aussie Swag owner.

We will see how long these ones last. They have a 3 year warranty so should be more cost effective while being higher capacity.

We now have 260Ah instead of 200Ah that we had previously.
