Christmas this year we decided to head up to Queensland for our week off - a few days R&R and New Years Eve with Therese's sister in Brisbane.

As it had been a long time, and as it would be busy at this time of year, we decided to travel via the New England hwy instead of the usual Pacific Highway.

Our first stop for the night was Tenterfield at the BP 7 Knights Caravan Park. A nice clean grassy park.

The next morning we headed into Queensland then Warwick, Toowoomba, Crows Nest . From there, we headed into Glastonbury Creek. The temperature reached the mid 40's, so the creek was a good way to keep cool.

After a few days at Glastonbury Creek, we headed up to Hervey Bay, River Heads, Tin Can Bay and back to Brisbane for New Years Eve, before heading back home.
