Including visiting Moon Plain and Breakaway Ranges After a sleep in, we awoke to a cloudless sky, although it was a bit windy.

We spent the day sightseeing in Coober Pedy, visiting Tom's Working Opal Mine, the Umoona Opal mine & Museum, Fayes underground House, Saint Peter & Paul's Catholic Church, and an underground cafe.

We also headed out to the dog fence, Moon Plain and Breakaway Ranges, a simply magnificent landscape.
