Headed off - destination Lightning Ridge.

We travelled through cotton country and today we are back in NSW.

Once in Lightning Ridge, we did a couple of the "car door" tours (direction signs are painted on car doors), and visited an opal mine.

We stayed at the caravan park behind the hotel. No grass, but comfortable.
