We headed up to Vittoria State Forest and Macquarie Woods for a couple of days R&R on Friday lunchtime. Our Shih Tzu Blaze came with us.

On the way up Bells Line of Road, the BT-50 overheated. It was notice quickly so it did not get too hot. A stop to let it cool down and top up the radiator, the we were away keeping a close eye on the temperature. The temperature started to climb on hills, but it was kept under control and another stop to refill the radiator. (it was later found the radiator core was badly blocked).

Finally arrived at 5:15pm and setup camp.

Marginal Vodafone coverage, but Telstra seemed to be OK.

Returned home Sunday night. 537km round trip.
